Huron Fruit Systems was created in 2014 by a team of farmers who saw a need for technology that was not only efficient and easy to use, but also good for the crops.
Ever since, we have been dedicated to improving our technologies and innovating in spaces where we see a need. We have now developed a suite of products that are not only customizable to any operation, but can be used for different functions across seasons. With years of farming experience, we know firsthand what growers need to get the job done right.

Innovative Designs
When designing our products, we place great emphasis on efficiency and quality. Not only does our product line contribute to significant reductions in operational aspects such as costs and harvest time, but also increases fruit quality by combining the best aspects of automation and hand picking.

Our designs include everything from work platforms for harvesting, wiring, and trimming; to hedgers; chain trailers; and nursery carts.
Our Team
Walter Wafler
Walter oversees the technological design and business development for HFS. Prior to creating HFS, Walter had a successful 30 year engineering career as well as decades in the agriculture industry.
